The Spicy Favorite Returns
Our popular spicy hot pot, Yakzen Bouillon Soy Milk Hot Pot, has been renewed and is back.
After its debut in the summer of 2023, the product took a short break while we refined the recipe. Following extensive testing, it returns today with an updated flavor designed for lovers of rich, spicy dishes.
At its core is the same signature vegetable and herbal bouillon. Combined with our house-made Soy Milk Hot Pot Base, crafted from soy milk and 16 carefully selected ingredients, it creates a rich and gently spicy broth that can be enjoyed even by those who do not usually seek out very spicy foods.
The renewed set also introduces a new Tomato Mala Sauce, blending tomato sweetness and acidity with the bold heat of fermented chili seasonings. Add a small amount for a mild kick, or more for a deeper, spicier experience.
As before, the hot pot is enjoyed by wrapping julienned vegetables and premium pork from Sekimura Farm with a variety of mushrooms, then finishing with the flavorful broth at the end of the meal.
Packed with warming spices yet balanced and approachable, this hot pot is perfect for the summer season ahead. Its adjustable heat level has earned praise from both spice lovers and those who prefer milder flavors.
