New Okinawa-inspired flavors have joined our authentic additive-free gelato collection, crafted using Italian gelato machines and made without thickeners, emulsifiers, or other additives.

Created by the chefs of MOSS okinawa and CROSS 47, our restaurants in Naha, Okinawa, these unique flavors combine exceptional Okinawan ingredients with carefully selected ingredients from beyond the islands.

Available as part of a 6-flavor assortment or as individual 6-cup sets, these gelatos can now be shipped nationwide following the opening of our new production lab.

❶『Legacy of the Ryukyu Kingdom』
【Purple Sweet Potato × Karaki (Okinawan Cinnamon)】
A combination of nutrient-rich Okinawan purple sweet potato and karaki, a traditional spice long valued since the Ryukyu Kingdom era. Familiar yet complex, with natural sweetness and a gentle aromatic spice.

【Ishigaki Pineapple × Basil】
Inspired by the story of pineapple's arrival from the Caribbean and the basil traditions of Genoa, the birthplace of Columbus. Finished with a touch of coconut for a tropical accent.

【Okinawan Banana × Chocolate】
Made with rare Okinawan apple bananas, known for their creamy texture and refreshing fruitiness. Paired with carefully selected chocolate for a refined take on a classic combination.

❹『Caffè Corretto』
【Yanbaru Brown Sugar × Coffee × Grappa】
Inspired by the traditional Italian after-dinner drink, this flavor combines coffee, grappa, and rich Yanbaru brown sugar for a sophisticated finish.
