■Payment

&CROSS Online Store offers a variety of payment methods to suit your convenience.

◯Credit Cards

The following credit cards are accepted:

  • Accepted Cards: Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB / Diners Club / Discover

  • Payment Method: One-time payment only

  • *For security purposes, encrypted payments are processed using an SSL system.

◯Smartphone Payment

A wide range of major payment services are available.

  • Accepted Services: Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Amazon Pay / PayPay

  • You can shop smoothly by using the information registered with each service, saving you the trouble of entering your address.

◯Bank Transfer

  • Payment Deadline: Please make the transfer within 3 to 7 days after your order is confirmed.

  • Products will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

  • *Transfer fees are the customer's responsibility. Please note that if payment is not confirmed within the deadline, your order may be automatically canceled.

◯Convenience Store Payment

You can pay at major convenience stores nationwide.

  • Accepted Convenience Stores: Seven-Eleven / Lawson / FamilyMart / Ministop / Daily Yamazaki

  • Payment Method: Present the "payment number" issued after completing your order at the designated terminal or register of each convenience store.

  • *Detailed payment instructions can be found in the confirmation email you receive after placing your order. Products will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

◯Cash on Delivery

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery. To deliver fresh produce and delicate food items in the best possible condition, we require reliable delivery and receipt. We appreciate your understanding.

■Receipts

We have introduced a system that allows customers to issue their own receipts compliant with the invoice system. You can save or print a PDF using one of the following methods:

◯Issuance Methods

  1. Issue from the Order Completion Screen: You can issue it immediately after completing your order by clicking the "Print Receipt" button displayed on the screen.

  2. Issue from Notification Email: You can issue it by displaying a dedicated screen from the receipt print button in the "Order Confirmation Email" you receive after placing your order.

  3. Issue from My Page (for registered members): You can issue a receipt for the relevant order at any time from your order history on My Page.

◯Information Regarding Receipt Issuance

  • Compliant with the Invoice System: Receipts are issued in a format that meets the requirements for qualified invoices, so you can confidently use them for business purposes.

  • Smooth Paperless Issuance: You can save it as a PDF on your device, allowing you to check it anytime you need it.

  • Change Recipient and Description: You can change the desired recipient and description yourself on the issuance screen.

■Delivery Time

Products will be shipped within 2 to 7 days of your order.
Delivery times vary by product, so please check each product page for details.

■Date and Time Specification

Due to the nature of food products, we do not offer unattended delivery or delivery to parcel lockers. Please place your order after selecting a date and time when you can receive the delivery.

 *Please note that shipping may be delayed due to high volume.
*Delivery may be delayed due to secondary factors such as traffic conditions.

■Shipping Fees

■Proxy Shipping

If you set both the shipping address (recipient) and billing address (orderer) when ordering, we will send the item as a gift with our company's information concealed. If the shipping or billing address is incorrectly set for a gift, please contact us directly by email.
