Kampo Wagyu Motsunabe, Renewed
Our nourishing Kampo Wagyu Motsunabe Set has been renewed and is available once again starting today.
The rich broth combines umami-packed dashi with fermented miso, perfectly complementing the premium Wagyu offal at the heart of this dish.
The featured offal comes exclusively from fresh small intestines of Kampo Wagyu raised at Sekimura Farm on a carefully selected herbal feed. Once prepared, the offal is flash-frozen using our Artlock Freezer to preserve its freshness and quality until it reaches your home.
To make the experience even more satisfying, we have increased the amount of Wagyu offal from 200g to 300g.

Our signature mala sauce, popular among spice lovers, has also been increased to 80g—2.5 times more than before. It pairs beautifully with the offal and vegetables and is equally delicious added to your favorite finishing dish after the hot pot.
