New Flavor Debuts: Kinoko Nabe Set
A new flavor option, the Kinoko Nabe Set, has joined 食労寿鍋, our signature hot pot enjoyed with a nourishing vegetable and herbal bouillon.
The set features six carefully selected mushrooms—abalone mushroom, giant nameko, white maitake, hiratake oyster mushroom, brown enoki, and tamogi mushroom—along with premium Japanese black and white wood ear mushrooms.
As the mushrooms simmer, their rich umami and aroma are released into the broth, while at the same time absorbing the flavors of the soup and other ingredients, creating an even deeper and more satisfying hot pot experience.
