CROSS FOOD LAB Opens

We are pleased to announce the completion of CROSS FOOD LAB, the new product development and manufacturing hub of the CROSS Group.

Established in January, CROSS FOOD LAB will serve as the new base for our product development team. Until now, we have produced our EC products within a dedicated space inside one of our restaurants. As our business continues to grow, we have opened an independent production facility within the Hokubu Market in Kawasaki City.

In addition to manufacturing and shipping products sold through &CROSS and our Rakuten store, the facility will also support OEM production of sauces, soups, gelato, and other items developed for our restaurants.

>We look forward to bringing many new ideas to life and delivering even more delicious products to customers across Japan. Some of our future creations currently exist only in our team's imagination, but we are excited to turn them into reality and share them with you.

Please note that CROSS FOOD LAB is a food manufacturing facility, not a restaurant, and therefore does not have customer seating. However, Hokubu Market is open to the public and offers a variety of shopping and dining experiences for visitors to enjoy.
