食労寿鍋 Set Now Available Frozen

After 2 years of offering the 食労寿鍋 Set as a chilled product, we are pleased to announce that it is now available in a frozen format.

Using the advanced Artlock Freezer installed at our Chofu restaurant, GRILL POT HOUSE, we have minimized cellular damage and the loss of flavor even in finely sliced vegetables. Mushrooms, in particular, benefit from the freezing process, developing even deeper umami.

This innovation allows us to extend shelf life and reduce food waste while maintaining our commitment to products free from preservatives and additives.

With the ability to preserve deliciousness for longer, we look forward to introducing even more exceptional ingredients, including those that were once only available locally due to their limited shelf life.
